$50 when your referral completes a roof inspection.
$250 when we complete their roof replacement.

How It Works

  1. Submit your referral through the online referral form or through your Old Timers Roofing representative.
  2. We’ll contact the homeowner, schedule a free inspection, and document findings with photos.
  3. Receive $50 once the inspection is verified and complete.
  4. If they replace their roof with us, receive $250 total after project completion.

Program Rules

  • Referral must be a homeowner you personally know — family, friend, coworker, neighbor, etc.
  • Provide their full name and direct contact (phone or email).
  • Addresses alone are not valid referrals.
  • One payout per household — either $50 or $250.
  • Payouts issued by check, gift card, or digital payment within 10 business days of qualification.
  • No limit on how many people you can refer.
  • Referrals must live within our Greensboro & Triad service area.

What Counts as a Qualified Inspection

To keep this program fair, referral rewards apply only to homes with a qualified reason for an inspection.
We do not compensate for homes with perfect roofs or no visible issues.

A referral qualifies when at least one of the following is true:

  • Shingles missing, lifted, or creased
  • Water stains or signs of interior moisture
  • Granules in gutters or heavy wear
  • Roof age 15+ years
  • Recent storm activity in their ZIP code
  • Insurance requested an inspection
  • Other legitimate roof concerns explained by homeowner

If none apply, the home does not qualify — keeping this program fair and focused on real roofing needs.
