StormTrace™ is a trademarked roof evaluation and inspection process developed and used by Old Timers Roofing Inc.

StormTrace™ is not software, not a technology platform, and not a proprietary weather or storm detection tool. It is a defined service methodology used to guide homeowners through a professional roof evaluation and, when applicable, general insurance claim guidance.

Definition of StormTrace™

StormTrace™ refers solely to an internal workflow, methodology, and evaluation process used by Old Timers Roofing Inc. It does not refer to any software application, data system, algorithm, widget, report generator, or technology platform.

How the StormTrace™ Process Works

1. Storm Activity Review
   The process may begin with a review of historical or recent storm activity relevant to a property’s location. Any such review is conducted solely to establish general context and does not constitute a damage determination.
2. Visual Roof Evaluation
   A visual assessment of the roof is conducted by a qualified professional to identify potential indicators of storm-related damage. This evaluation may be performed in person, via aerial imagery, or using drone-assisted inspection methods when appropriate.
3. Findings Review & Documentation
   Observations are documented and reviewed with the property owner for educational and informational purposes.
4. General Insurance Process Guidance (If Applicable)
   When requested, homeowners may be provided with general, non-legal information regarding insurance claim procedures. Old Timers Roofing Inc. does not act as an insurance carrier, public adjuster, or claims authority.

No Software Ownership, Resale, or White-Label Use

Old Timers Roofing Inc. does not own, license, resell, distribute, rebrand, or white-label any third-party software, weather platforms, or storm data technologies in connection with the StormTrace™ process.

Any third-party tools or services used internally by Old Timers Roofing remain the exclusive property of their respective owners and are accessed only as part of ordinary business operations.

Use of Third-Party Information

As part of the StormTrace™ evaluation process, Old Timers Roofing Inc. may review third-party weather or storm-related information to understand general storm activity affecting a geographic area.
