What Qualifies as a Real Referral

We reward partners for legitimate, qualified leads — not cold addresses or random properties.
A referral qualifies when the home shows one or more of these signs:

  • Granule loss or aging visible from ground level
  • Roof over 15 years old
  • Recent storm activity in their ZIP code
  • Insurance company requested an inspection
  • Other legitimate roof concerns verified by the homeowner
