What Is the RoofCare Priority Program?

RoofCare Priority is a proactive roof maintenance membership that prepares your roof
before pressure exists. Instead of reacting under stress,
homeowners stay organized, documented, and ready.

Most roofing emergencies don’t start suddenly — they escalate because nothing was
documented ahead of time. RoofCare Priority closes that gap.

RoofCare Priority Program FAQ

These are the most common questions Piedmont Triad homeowners ask about roof maintenance,
storm readiness, inspections, documentation, and how the program works year-round.

1) What exactly is the RoofCare Priority Program?
RoofCare Priority is an annual roof maintenance membership built to keep your roof documented,
reviewed, and up-to-date before you ever need urgent help. The program is designed for homeowners
who want cleaner decisions and smoother outcomes — not last-minute scrambling. It focuses on practical deliverables: scheduled roof documentation, seasonal condition checks,
a fall gutter blow-out, and clear before/after records if storms occur. If your area gets hit,
you already have proof, clarity, and a documented starting point — which removes a lot of the
friction that normally shows up when everyone needs help at once.

2) What do I actually receive as a member (deliverables)?
You receive real, usable documentation and scheduled services — not a “coupon book.”
Deliverables typically include:
    • Annual documented roof inspection (condition notes + summary)

<Before/after photo documentation if storm activity occurs

Your documentation is meant to be easy to understand and easy to reference — so you’re not relying on memory
or guessing if something changed.

3) Why do homeowners “need” this if roof inspections are already free?
Free inspections are common — but the typical free inspection happens after you suspect a problem,
and it often happens during a crowded season when everyone is calling at once.
RoofCare Priority is different because it creates documentation and clarity before pressure exists. The value isn’t “an inspection by itself.” The value is the total system:
scheduled timing, updated records, seasonal awareness, gutter maintenance, and a documented baseline that reduces
confusion and speeds up decision-making when conditions change.

4) Is RoofCare Priority the same thing as a home warranty or roof insurance?
No. A home warranty is a separate product with its own rules and limitations.
RoofCare Priority is not a warranty product and it is not insurance.Insurance covers eligible storm-related repairs and replacements when a covered event occurs.
RoofCare Priority improves what happens around that process — documentation, timing, clarity,
and preparedness — so the homeowner experience stays organized and decisions are made with confidence.

5) Will RoofCare Priority guarantee faster repairs or instant scheduling?
No guarantees are made — and we keep that honest on purpose.
What RoofCare Priority does is put you in a better position with less friction:
your roof is already documented, your records are current, and your file is already established.During high-demand periods, that preparation often improves coordination and reduces delays caused by missing info,
unclear roof history, or last-minute back-and-forth. It’s a smoother process — not a “skip the line” promise.

6) What happens after a major wind or hail storm hits the area?
When large storm systems hit a region, claims and inspections often occur in clusters.
That means schedules fill quickly because many homes were impacted at the same time.As a member, your documentation is already established. We can compare your current condition to your baseline,
and you have clearer “before/after” visibility. That helps you make decisions faster and keeps the process clean —
especially when the market is busy.

7) Does filing an insurance claim automatically raise my rates?
Rates are influenced by multiple factors, and many carriers evaluate risk using broad regional data —
including how many claims occur in an area over time.
An individual claim does not automatically equal an immediate rate change.RoofCare Priority helps homeowners be prepared early when storm activity impacts many homes at once.
The goal is cleaner documentation and faster clarity — so you can make informed decisions without delay.

8) What exactly is included in the fall gutter blow-out?
The fall gutter blow-out is a seasonal maintenance service scheduled after leaves drop,
designed to clear typical leaf/debris buildup from gutters and downspouts.
The goal is to support proper water flow and reduce avoidable overflow issues during heavy rain seasons. This is not a full gutter rebuild or gutter-guard installation. It’s a practical, seasonal service that helps keep
water moving the way it’s supposed to — with simple, high-value maintenance homeowners actually benefit from.

9) What kinds of roofs and homes qualify for RoofCare Priority?
RoofCare Priority is intended for owner-occupied residential homes throughout the Piedmont Triad.
Most standard roof types qualify. When you apply, we confirm service area, roof access, and scheduling availability.
If there are unique factors (steep pitch, special materials, restricted access, or unusual roof structures),
we’ll clarify what’s included before enrollment so expectations stay clean.

10) How do I enroll, and when does my membership start?
Enrollment starts by submitting the application form. After we confirm availability,
we schedule your first documentation appointment and get your baseline records created.Membership begins once payment is processed and your onboarding appointment is scheduled.
From there, the annual inspection and seasonal services are coordinated to keep your roof records current
and your maintenance timing consistent.
