StormTrace™ is the name Old Timers Roofing Inc. uses for its internal roof evaluation and inspection process.

It is a defined service methodology used to guide homeowners through a professional, human-led roof evaluation and, when requested, general information about next steps.

StormTrace™ is not software, not a technology platform, and not a weather or storm detection product.

Scope and Definition

StormTrace™ refers solely to a workflow and service process performed by Old Timers Roofing Inc. It does not refer to any application, system, algorithm, data platform, widget, or automated report.

How the Process Works

1. General Storm Context Review
   Publicly available or commercially sourced storm information may be reviewed to understand general storm activity near a property. This step is informational only and does not determine damage or coverage.
2. Physical Roof Evaluation
   A qualified roofing professional evaluates the roof to identify observable conditions. This may include on-site inspection, aerial imagery, or drone-assisted review when appropriate.
3. Documentation & Homeowner Review
   Findings are documented and discussed with the homeowner for clarity and education.
4. General Process Guidance (If Requested)
   Homeowners may receive general, non-legal information about typical insurance or repair pathways. Old Timers Roofing Inc. does not act as an insurer, adjuster, or claims authority.

No Software Ownership or White-Label Use

Old Timers Roofing Inc. does not develop, own, license, resell, white-label, sublicense, or rebrand any third-party software, weather platforms, or data technologies as part of the StormTrace™ process.

Any third-party tools used internally remain the property of their respective owners and are accessed only in the ordinary course of business.
